Collaboration
Human beings interact in three basic ways: conversing, transacting and collabororating.
If you want to make the correct choice with regard to software application, you have to understand the differences that exist between these interactions.
Conversational interaction is about finding unfamiliar information or establishing relationships. An example of a transactional interaction might be observed when you venture into the shop and change your money for groceries.
Interactions of collaboration are organized in such a way that the primary purpose of those involved is to change the collaboration entity from what has been non-secured and immaterial, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a blueprint.
Teamwork Software is one of groupware applications that allow for seamless collaboration between your team members, department people, everybody who works on the project, teams, etc.
The power of these applications lies in the ability to allow project activists to see action plans, share documents, be updated on projects, supervise schedules, optimize business processes, be promptly notified of any tasks and activities they are involved in. You may come across a lot of ways in which this software can be very useful: scheduling activities, documents and projects, automating business processes and coordinating work of several business units or even companies.
